Eagle Pointe Harbor Condominium Association is a two building, twelve unit condominium marina development on the St. Joseph River near the confluence of the river and Hickory Creek.
Each unit enjoys their own dedicated 35 foot boat slip with access to the St. Joseph River and Lake Michigan, approximately 2.5 miles downriver. The units range in size from 1100 to 2100 square feet.
We are located 1.5 miles west of Interstate 94 along Niles Avenue, just driving minutes from downtown St. Joseph, Michigan. St. Joe sits approximately half way between New Buffalo to the south and South Haven to north. We're just 90 minutes from downtown Chicago.
The condos are a stand alone development adjacent a larger public marina known as Eagle Pointe Harbor.
Our Owners are proud of their investments and understand what it takes to maintain them. Owners have financed architecturally pleasing sun rooms, master bedroom expansions, deck and front stairway replacements, and low-maintenance aluminum and glass railing system installations. 2016 and 2017 brought a complete exterior refurbishment project including new composite trim, new exterior light fixtures and painting. 2020 updates include steel dock refurbishments and repainting.
Our private marina features high quality 35 foot steel docks that are wider and stronger than the original fiberglass and wood docks.
By early May, boats start occupying the 46 slips in our private marina basin we share with Riverside Pointe Association. May also kicks off barbecues on the decks, backyard chats with friends, and the real boating season. Walking a few steps to your boat, tossing in a lunch basket, and bringing to life two large marine engines means the start to a great day.
The marina is a tranquil place surrounded by water and nature. We enjoy seeing deer, geese, ducks, and other wildlife found near aquatic environments…including turtles and fish in the basin.
Idling out of the marina and to the river, expect a 25 minute ride to the lake. No wake zones from Pier 1000 down require one to take in the scenery at a slower pace…not a bad thing.
Our Association is managed by a professional property manager and oversight is provided by a three-member Board. Two Board members are up for election each year. Owners are encouraged to participate and support the Association. Fortunately, we have the best Owners in the world and our issues are minimal.
